The Huddle on Main provides a Contemporary Fine Dining experience that is simply unforgettable. Located fifteen minutes from Utica in the village of Waterville which was once considered the "Hop Capital of the World."  The Huddle offers extensive Lunch and Dinner menus served Tuesday thru Saturday.

Menu items are prepared by highly acclaimed Executive Chef, Brian Dewey of Clinton, who was the Former Sous Chef at Wildflowers at the Lodge, Turning Stone Resort & Casino, Verona, New York. Most recently Brian was the Chef de Cuisine at the Yahnundasis Golf and Country Club in New Hartford, New York. Brian puts a creative, contemporary twist on old classics and adds a modern flavoring to new exciting dishes.
