From my earliest memories, family, food, and a good time have always gone together. My grandmother would often have cousins, aunts, & uncles gathered together for family dinners. The food was simple, healthy, and always delicious. Homemade dough was made for pizza or onion pie, fava beans mixed with potatoes, served with bietter greens. Italian sausage that was made fresh by our Grandfather, served with peppers. A jug of Italian red wine was near by for all of those gatherings, making things more festive.
Now at Bella Cucina we bring a reflection of these old family memories to your table, for you and your family to enjoy. Some of our family recipes are included on our menu so please look for them. Buon Appetito.
